The Palazzina del Belvedere forms the scenic backdrop to the magnificent park commissioned by Francesco III. At the end of the 5-km-long avenue, it stands on a hill that still retains its original formal garden layout. Inside, visitors can see tempera paintings by Bosellini and Menabue that represent, as an important iconographic testimony, the Este residences in their late 18th-century appearance.
